One of the most important and worshiped places in Thailand is located in the outskirts of Hua Hin. Featuring Thailand's biggest buddhist statue, this place is visited by many local and foreign guest every day.
All guests to Hua Hin are at one point going to be sitting on the beach of Hua Hin. Don't expect a quiet time though, as many others have the same idea, and local merchants will surely test your need for a moment alone.
Monkey Moutain, or actually Takieb Mountain is known and belowed for its beautiful view over Hua Hin, and ofcourse, for the monkeys that lives here. The monkey caretakers are the local buddhist living in and near the Takiab tempel
